Information on the Use of Personal Data

GENERAL EXPLANATIONS

In Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDP Law"), the owner of the personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant"), who is defined as the relevant person in Article 11 of the PDP Law, is granted the following rights with respect to the processing of his or her personal data.

• Find out if personal data is being processed
• To be informed if personal data is being processed,  
• To know the purposes for which personal data are processed and whether they are used in accordance with those purposes,
• to know the third parties to whom the personal data are communicated in the country or abroad,
• to obtain the rectification of personal data in the event of incomplete or inaccurate processing,
• to request the deletion or destruction of personal data,
• in the event of incomplete or inaccurate processing, the rectification or erasure of personal data, the communication of information concerning operations carried out with third parties to whom personal data have been communicated,
• to oppose the use of data processed with the aid of automated instruments to the extent that such use is unfavourable to him/her,
• in the event of damage caused by unlawful processing of personal data, demand compensation for the damage.

You can exercise these rights by following the instructions below.

In accordance with the Communiqué on the procedures and principles for making requests to the data controller published by the Data Protection Authority, your requests must contain the following information.

• Name, surname and signature if the application is in writing,
• ID number of the Republic of Turkey for citizens of the Republic of Turkey, nationality, passport number or ID number, if any, for foreigners,
• Home or work address for notification,
• E-mail address, telephone and fax numbers for notification, if available,
• Demand issue.

You can submit your applications to us by completing the Personal Data Application Form using one of the methods in the table below. Failure to provide the required information on the Personal Data Application Form will invalidate your application. If available, you may also attach your relevant information and documents to your application. 

Pursuant to Article 13(2) of the KVK Act, your requests submitted to us will be answered as soon as possible and, depending on the nature of the request, within thirty days at the latest from the date of receipt of your request. For written requests, the date of the request is the date on which we receive the document. For requests made by other means, the date your request is received by us will be considered the date of request.  

We will send you our response to your request in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant Data Protection Act. When you complete the personal data request form, you can tick the channel by which you prefer to receive our response. If you do not indicate your preferred method of receiving a response to your request, we will respond to your request;

• If you have a KEP address, electronically to your KEP address,
• If you have previously provided our company with your email address and that email address is registered in our company's system, we will send an email to your email address electronically,
• Otherwise, you can send a written notice to your address

Our company does not charge a fee for personal data requests.
