In Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("PDP Law"), the owner of the personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant"), who is defined as the relevant person in Article 11 of the PDP Law, is granted the following rights with respect to the processing of his or her personal data.

In accordance with the Communiqué on the procedures and principles for making requests to the data controller published by the Data Protection Authority, your requests must contain the following information.
You can submit your applications to us by completing the Personal Data Application Form using one of the methods in the table below. Failure to provide the required information on the Personal Data Application Form will invalidate your application. If available, you may also attach your relevant information and documents to your application.

Pursuant to Article 13(2) of the KVK Act, your requests submitted to us will be answered as soon as possible and, depending on the nature of the request, within thirty days at the latest from the date of receipt of your request. For written requests, the date of the request is the date on which we receive the document. For requests made by other means, the date your request is received by us will be considered the date of request.
We will send you our response to your request in writing or electronically in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 of the relevant Data Protection Act. When you complete the personal data request form, you can tick the channel by which you prefer to receive our response. If you do not indicate your preferred method of receiving a response to your request, we will respond to your request;
