All products on Store Mekap are guaranteed for 6 months from the date of delivery. In order for the products you have purchased to be evaluated under warranty, you must have preferred safety shoes suitable for the working environment. For the defective or deformed product evaluated under warranty, free replacement or refund is made.
You can send your products under warranty to our factory address with any of the cargo companies specified on the Return/Exchange Guide page.
