Return Guide

You can return the products you purchased within 30 days, provided they are unused and in resellable condition.

Please use the 'Request a Return' button for the relevant order in the My Account > My Orders section. Fill out the Return Form. (Click here to download the return form.) Place the purchased item, along with the return form and invoice, in its original packaging and send it to our address.

We don't accept exchanges for international shipments.

For international returns, you must create a return request through our system.

For international returns, shipping and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.

*Returns are not accepted for accessory products.

*Returns for textile products can only be made if the product is unused, the tags are still attached, and it is in its original packaging.
