Your orders placed on Store Mekap will be delivered to cargo within 1-3 business day of order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays will be processed on the following business day and then shipped within 1-3 business days.
You can easily track the orders you have placed as a member of our website from the Orders section of the My Account page.
You can also track your order using the order tracking link in the order confirmation email.
*The order confirmation email is sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order.
When your order is delivered to the cargo within the specified periods, a cargo information e-mail will be sent to you. You can track the status of your cargo by clicking the link in this e-mail or from the website of the cargo company related to the information.
*Your orders are sent by FedEx.
You can return the products you purchased within 30 days, provided they are unused and in resellable condition.
Please use the 'Request a Return' button for the relevant order in the My Account > My Orders section.

to download the return form.) Place the purchased item, along with the return form and invoice, in its
original packaging and send it to our address.
We don't accept exchanges for international shipments.
For international returns, you must create a return request through our system.
For international returns, shipping and other charges are the responsibility of the customer.
*Returns are not accepted for accessory products.
*Returns for textile products can only be made if the product is unused, the tags are still attached, and it is in its original packaging.
